Created by Bayeté Ross Smith, Red Summers is a collection of 360VR animated and live-action documentaries about racially motivated, domestic terrorism attacks on Black communities in the United States between 1917 and 1921.
Using contemporary imagery with overlaid historical images, this series of documentary shorts will examine the lack of legal accountability and how these events relate to the current challenges in the U.S.A. regarding social justice, racial justice, and human rights.
